For earlier workouts, see Full Workout Logs: 2005 - 2010. These logs list every exercise, set, rep, and weight for my powerlifting workouts and the durations and intensities for my cardio workouts. For an explanation for the three year gap between logs, see the "Note" at the beginning of the first log. I usually post new workouts at the end of each training week.
